Yesterday, Easter Sunday, I was attending a barbecue in an area outside Lafayette.  During the conversation, we briefly discussed the high cost of living in Lafayette, and how much cheaper it is to live in the smaller towns that surround the Hub City.

Property values in Wyoming are obviously quite a bit lower!
