Kimberly Garrity's two adult children sued her over what they called her bad parenting skills. The kids claimed in their lawsuit that they suffered emotional distress due to bad mothering. Steven Garrity, now age 23, complained that his Mother did not include money in a birthday card and Kathryn Garrity, now 20, reported her mother made her come home from a party at midnight.
