I was in the production room after I finished doing the morning show for CJ, and I turned and saw something that didn't sit right with me.

I received a package today, and its contents left me feeling a little down.

There are always two shows originating from the KTDY control room, the one you hear and the one you don't. The one you don't is always much more amusing.

She asked me to water the "plant" at the front door, but I found 2 plants. Like an idiot, I watered both of them.

The KTDY air staff along with other broadcasters from the Lafayette market had a radio conference in Shreveport recently. The KTDY vehicle transported Nathan Pike from News Talk KPEL and JayCee and CJ from 99.9 KTDY. JayCee was behind the wheel.

A few days ago, JayCee, who hosts the afternoon show on KTDY, posted a comment on Facebook about someone special in his life and it made me jealous, and it got me thinking about 2014.

So, my neighbor likes me enough to think about me when he has an extra ticket for the Saints games.  He doesn't just think about me, he calls me and invites me to go with him!

I think that the question I get asked most about being a DJ is "what music do you listen to when you are not on-air?"  Well, that's not an easy question to answer, but Patty Griffin fits in there somewhere.....

The 8th annual Jeep Jaunt lead by JayCee Falcon and the Falcon family was held this past Sunday and now this family friendly event has it's own day!

It was on Saturday, as I was headed to Alexandria on Highway 71, when I got a speeding ticket in Cheneyville.

Tucker and I appreciated the 1 hour, 9 minute lightening delay during the Saint's game today. It gave us an opportunity to get in a lil nap on the sofa.  After that, it was a ho-hum game UNTIL THE LAST FEW MINUTES!!
