May 2, 2012 Friday through Sunday, it will be wall-to-wall music, fun and crawfish! The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival gets underway on Friday May 4. Gates open at 4pm, opening ceremonies at 4:30, with the Celebrity Crawfish Eating Contest to follow.
