Proposed renovations to the Cajundome will reportedly cost nearly 3 million dollars more than the budget of 16 Million. The plan calls for construction of a club level, renovations to parking areas, new 100 level seating, and office renovations.

UL Lafayette owns the Cajundome and, along with state government, is responsible for capital improvements.
