La. Governor Bobby Jindal may be getting left out of the Fox News primetime debate on Thursday night (he will be participating in the earlier debate for the candidates who polled 11-17), but he refuses to be left out of the viral video craze that many of the GOP Presidential hopefuls have been taking part in.
It's not like we weren't expecting a legal challenge on this issue. The problem is that we the people are going to have to foot the bill for a lawsuit that will be a moot point in six months anyway.
