JayCee more recently warned us about calls originating from Colorado. Here's some good news. Authorities in Jamaica have arrested more than 40 suspected phone scammers. The Jamaica Observer reports, The suspects were allegedly operating an international phone scam, targeted principally to elderly Americans. Laptops, cars and lists of names and addresses were reportedly seized.
