Surfing Baby Brings Up Questions [VIDEO]

I'm sure we can all agree that 98% of videos with children in them are adorable.  But what about the other videos that aren't so cute?

This morning a video has gone viral and it is making parents raise their eyebrows.  A dad is taking some heat for bringing his 9-month-old baby surfing with him.  It appears that the child is enjoying himself at moments but it this really a good idea?  Thank goodness nothing bad happened, but I can certainly see a few things going wrong.
