Super Bowl Hummus – Cookin’ With Marilyn
Super Bowl Hummus
1 container hummus (any store bought brand will do)
1 bulb of garlic
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped black olives
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Cut top of bulb of garlic off and put in a pocket of foil paper, drizzle with olive oil and seal shut.
Roast in a 350 oven for 20 minutes or until garlic is soft. Be careful not to burn.
Spread hummus onto a shallow dish, squeeze garlic onto hummus and be sure to spread around evenly.
Sprinkle sun dried tomatoes and olives, then sprinkle feta.
Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil.
Cut pita into triangles and toast in oven for 8-10 minutes. Place around dish.
Serves 6-8 , but this can easily be doubled to serve a crowd.
