Steve Wiley Battens Down The Hatches [Video]

Mardi Gras was a disaster last year. We had an ice storm, and the KTDY float couldn't participate in the independent parade because it was coated with ice & totally unsafe. Lundi Gras 2015 brought rain, wind & cold, with the forecast calling for freezing temperatures overnight. In an effort to avoid last year's fiasco, our engineer, Matt Gholston and I did our best to cover the float with a tarp in the wind & rain. I'm pretty sure the attached video won't win any awards....
