Sunday afternoon in the LGBT section of the Quarter, kicks off what is known as 'Tea'.  That's when people of all ages and race jump from gay bar to gay bar well into the night enjoying retro music, drag shows and the sites.  It is NEVER quiet.  Tonight, the party stopped cold in respect of the lives lost in Orlando, Florida.
