Spiced Pecans – Cookin’ With Marilyn [RECIPE]

Marilyn’s spiced pecans would make a delicious snack for a cool fall evening. And it’s SO easy!

Spiced Pecans
Ingredients:
1 1\2 cups apple juice
1 1\2 cups pecan halves
3 Tbsps sugar
1 tsp pie spice
1\8 tsp salt
1\8 tsp ground red pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Pour apple juice over pecans in small bowl. Let stand 15 mins then drain. Stir together all other ingredients, add pecans, tossing to coat. Spread in a single layer on a lightly greased foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 15 mins or until lightly toasted, stirring once. Cool in pan on a wire rack for about 20 mins. Separate with a fork. Store in a glass jar. Keeps about 2 weeks. ENJOY!!!
