Festival International de Louisiane teams with Rhythms on the River for a special Festival Preview Edition. The event features the Tony Goulas Band, with special guest Rex Moroux. The music starts at 5:30 in the River Ranch Town Square. Admission is free. You can bring the kids. No pets, or ice chests, please.
