Sir Richard Branson is the 6th wealthiest person in the UK, according to Forbes. His net worth is listed at 4.6 billion dollars. Branson recently tweeted, "Money is like manure."
He founded the Virgin Group more than 40 years ago. It's now made up of more than 400 companies. Why would such a man compare money to excrement? He went on to say, "This might sound like I’m full of sh*t, but hear me out!" The tweet includes a link to virgin.com, in which Branson shares a quote from Thornton Wilder, "Money is like manure; it's not worth a thing unless it's spread around encouraging young things to grow."

Branson has been knighted, and received an honorary PHD. His humanitarian efforts are too extensive to list here, as are the commendations he's received. He says non-profit ventures like Virgin Unite are among his greatest joys.
If you had more than 4 billion dollars what would you do with it?
