Wal-Mart stores in Mansfield and Spring Hill, Louisiana began taking EBT cards showing no limit on Saturday evening, after a glitch in the system prevented the use of the cards earlier in the day. When it came back up, some cards showed no limit and many users wasted no time in taking advantage of the situation.
