Shame On Kohl’s And J. C. Penny

Kohl's and J. C. Penny are hanging their heads in shame these days after getting caught. Kohl’s and J.C. Penney are being accused of selling items at regular price but advertising them as on sale, deceiving their customers.  The struggling J. C. Penny certainly didn't need this.  The two are now facing several class-action lawsuits.

Recently, Macy's was caught selling a food processor on 'sale' for $99.99.  Macy's claimed the regular price was $140.00.  But the manufacturer said the 'sale' price was actually the retail price.

To keep yourself safe from scams, ask store employees how long an item has been on sale and if it has ever been sold at regular price.
