Search Of Vermilion River Continues

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office says that there is a diver in the Vermilion River at the Camellia Street Bridge searching that area.

This past weekend, a search dog with the search party for Daisy Lynn Landry alerted on this area.

Another dog was brought in, and that dog also alerted on the same area.

Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Officials say that one diver is searching the area to see what may be in the water in that area.
