Scott police have arrested a local man who alllegedly rode a horse into Cowboy's Saloon and roped a man in the parking lot.

Police report finding an allegedly "intoxicated" James, "Jeremy" Mouton at the bar. Mouton reportedly unloaded his horse in the parking lot, and rode it into the bar twice. He then roped a 47-year-old man with a lasso. Mouton then allegedly dragged the man around the parking lot.

Mouton returned the horse to his parent's homeon Renaud Drive and returned to the bar on foot. Mouton has been charged with disturbing the Peace, Remaining after being forbidden,  Second Degree Battery, as well as Public Intimidation and Retaliation.
Mouton reportedly threatened off-duty police officers with retaliation.
