Scientists Predicted The ‘Perfect Storm’ Last Year, Read The Report Ignored By Houston

Hurricane Harvey come out of nowhere right?  Wrong.  Experts predicted this storm more than a year ago.  When the report came out, the mayor of Houston claimed the prediction of a major storm that would devastate the entire city would never happen and that only a small part of the city would ever be in danger of total devastation.

The website Pro Publica warned the nations 4th largest city of the impending treat of a major storm causing a catastrophe of epic proportions back in 2016.  Scientists warned Houston of the 'Perfect Storm' and the ramifications.  Experts also warned that officials and citizens had done nothing to storm proof their city, calling Houston and it's people "Sitting Ducks".
