School Bus Nearly Tips Over in Louisiana Flood Waters [VIDEO]

KPLC TV in Lake Charles, LA reports a school bus in the town of Iowa, LA nearly tipped over while trying to transport children home from school on May 3, 2017. In the video, the bus leans precariously to the right, but manages to stay lopsided, but basically upright. The report states that the children were rescued safely.
