Veteran tight end Benjamin Watson has been a solid performer in the NFL for more than a decade, the past two seasons with the New Orleans Saints. He's also a pretty stand up guy. He's a family man with strong beliefs, and conviction. Watson spoke out on the unrest in Ferguson, Missouri, and has now posted in social media about the violence in Baltimore.

"Tonight I see so much entrenched pain without remedy. Most are handling it without violence while a few are committing the unacceptable.
Tonight I see young children, asking like my daughter did earlier, "What's happening daddy", in desperate need of parents to walk them through these disturbing scenes." He went on to say, "Tonight I pray for the pastors, leaders, police and community of Baltimore. Tonight I ‪#‎PrayForAmerica‬."

Watson's message has gone viral.
