The New Orleans Saints are back in action on Sunday afternoon, when they travel to Kansas City, Missouri to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in an NFC/AFC match-up.

Kickoff time at Arrowhead Stadium is scheduled for noon, and you can hear all the play-by-play action on ESPN 1420, as well as 97.3 The Dawg.

The all-time series between the two franchises is tied, 5-5, with Kansas City winning the last meeting, 27-24, in overtime, back in 2012 in New Orleans, La.

New Orleans, who defeated the Carolina Panthers, 41-38, last week, has won two-straight, and is 2-3 on the young season, while Kansas City, who beat to the Oakland Raiders, 26-10, will enter the match-up at 3-2.

Offensively, the Saints are averaging 31.0 points-per-game, along with 413.4 total yards, including 335.4 passing yards, and 78.0 rushing yards-per-game.

New Orleans is led by quarterback Drew Brees, who has thrown for 1,734 yards and 14 touchdowns, along with running back Mark Ingram, who has rushed for 272 yards and a touchdown, and receiver Michael Thomas, who has caught 26 passes for 307 yards and three touchdowns.

The Chiefs, offensively, are averaging 21.8 points, 352.0 total yards, 243.2 passing yards, and 108.8 rushing yards a game this season.

Kansas City is paced by quarterback Alex Smith, who has passed for 1,297 yards and five touchdowns, along with running back Spencer Ware, who has rushed for 415 yards and two touchdowns, and tight end Travis Kelce, who has compiled 25 receptions for 252 yards and two touchdowns.

Defensively, the Saints are giving up an average of 419.4 yards-per-game, including 301.6 passing yards and 117.8 rushing yards, while the Chiefs have allowed 353.2 total yards, including 236.6 passing yards and 116.6 rushing yards.
