Quitting smoking will not stress you out.  You don't have to be nervous about quitting smoking, it won't happen.

Kicking the habit can actually help reduce anxiety!  A study found that not only does smoking not relieve stress, but former smokers who have quit, report being less anxious than they were when they smoked.

How many times have you heard someone say, "I'm so stressed out, I need a cigarette to calm my nerves".  Well guess what, cigarets do just the opposite.  Researchers say it’s important for smokers to know that not only does nicotine have no real stress-relieving effect, it may actually make anxiety worse.  Still, one in five people say they smoke to chill out.

I wonder if smoking really does keep weight off?  Even if it does, the side effects are not worth it.
