Alleged Purse Thieves Wanted by Lafayette Police

Lafayette Police Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two suspects who are believed to have stolen an 85 year old woman’s purse. The theft occurred on January 7, 2013, while the victim was shopping in the 3100 block of Ambassador Caffery Parkway.  Her purse was stolen from her shopping cart. The suspects were captured on surveillance video as they exited the store. Detectives are asking anyone with information as to the identity of the suspects to contact Lafayette Police or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
