Pop’s PoBoys Named One of the Best New Restaurants in America

Our friends at Pop's PoBoys in Lafayette have been named as one of the 50 Best New Restaurants in America by Bon Apetite Magazine!

The annual list came out with a sterling review of the restaurant, which is located at 740 Jefferson Street, and owned by Collin Cormier. Some of the other Louisiana locations named to this prestigious annual list include N7, New Orleans, Willa Jean, New Orleans, and Josephine Estelle, New Orleans.
