Popcorn is the Borg

Forgive the Star Trek: The Next Generation reference, but it is a fact. I cannot resist popcorn. Every time we go to the movie theater, I say I'm not going to eat popcorn and I get it anyway, with the oily butter-flavor substance. Why are the movies and popcorn so connected to each other? Even if I'm watching a movie at home, I want popcorn! If somebody pops it at work, I follow them. Popcorn is the Borg. Resistance is futile.
