Pier 1 Recalls Bistro Chairs Due To Fall Hazard

If you have any of these Pier 1 Bistro chairs, you're at risk for injury.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced that Pier 1 is recalling its Neely and Dahlia Bistro chairs due to problems with the nuts and bolts used to fasten the legs to the chairs. They can loosen and make the chair unstable, creating a falling hazard.
