Peanut Allergies And The Cajundome

We recently received word from one of our listeners that her two-year old niece is unable to attend events at the Cajundome due to the presence of peanuts and food products containing peanuts. Our listener told us about a petition on Change.org that asks the Cajundome to no longer sell products containing peanuts.

The petition explains that cracking open shelled peanuts releases allergens into the air that can cause ananaphylactic reactions for those who are allergic to peanuts or products with peanuts.
