Panthers Quarterback Cam Newton Injured In Car Crash
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has been injured in a car crash. Newton's Panthers demolished the Saints 41-10 at the Mercedes Benz Superdome Sunday afternoon. Yahoo Sports reports, Newton's vehicle was involved in a two car crash early Tuesday afternoon. Scott Prather with ESPN 1420 reports Newton's vehicle flipped four times. He was placed on a stretcher, and transported in an ambulance. Newton was reportedly conscious when first responders arrived. The extent of his injuries is unknown.
