This looks kind of fun to me! The recipe calls for making your own frosting, but I'm thinking cake mix in a box, frosting in a can, a tube of orange decorating icing in a tube and a bag of Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies, and you're done! Or better yet, if you don't have time for the baking and clean-up, buy the chocolate cupcakes already made and then you just have to decorate the cookies and stick them in the cupcakes!
