One Of The Heroes From The Boston Bombing

By now you have probably seen this man's face.  He is all over the internet, and is being called a hero.

Carlos Arrendondo was attending the Boston Marathon in support of a runner who was running in memory of Arrendondo's son, a Marine who was killed in the Iraq war.

Arrendondo rushed to cross the street after the blasts to help the victims.  One of the pictures that has been circulating around the internet show what looks like him holding one of the victim's arteries closed while they rush the victim to a waiting ambulance.  He may have been holding a tourniquet, but it looks more like he is actually pinching off an artery.
