A new study finds the average office worker gets distracted by social media every 10 minutes.  And that's just the beginning.  The study also concluded that once someone is distracted and goes off task, it takes that employee nearly 25 minutes to get back on track and regain focus on their job.  To make things worse, 40% of people never resume the original task.

Business owners should be in tune with what's going on in the workplace.  Many people are being considerably distracted throughout the day and not getting the job done.  Almost 30% of office worker's time is devoted just to their email in box, everyday!

In addition, research revealed that the average person spends more than 400 minutes on Facebook and 90 minutes on Twitter per month.

Nationwide, all this distraction adds up to a whopping $650 billion a year in lost productivity!
