Nine Deaths and 800 Injuries Over Halloween in Louisiana Last Year

The Louisiana Highway Safety Commission is urging drivers to use extra caution tonight and not to drink and drive. Over the seventy-eight hour period that included Halloween last year, nine people were killed and 800 were injured in crashes.
