New Spider – Man Cast For Marvel And Avengers Films

After working out a deal with Sony Pictures (which owns the film rights to Spider - Man), Marvel Studios announced that Spidey would be recast and star in future Marvel films, including future Avengers films.

Furious speculation as to who would play the Wall - Crawler ended today when Marvel and Sony revealed that Tom Holland (The Impossible) has been chosen to play Peter Parker in the 2017 Spider-Man film and possibly the 2016 Captain America: Civil War. In addition, director Jon Watts (Cop Car) will direct the rebooted film franchise.
