Who is DJ SAL?

Sully Gondron, better known by his stage name DJ SAL, (born March 31, 1987) is an artist/producer born in Loreauville, La. DJ SAL recorded his first song in his dad’s studio at the age of 16.

Produced his first nationally distributed album at the age of 18 for the Savage Squad. Album can be found on iTunes under Savage Squad "The Fame". Released in 2005.

In 2008, while attending UL Lafayette, LA, DJ SAL wrote, produced and recorded the UL homecoming anthem 'UL Give Them Hell' to help market the football game. Dro Gondron (dad) plays the electric guitar in the beat. The song also featured an appearance from Jeanne Stiles (sister). It was a success and brought in the biggest crowd to Cajun Field at the time. (The record has since been broken.)

In December 2009, DJ SAL graduated from the University of Louisiana majoring in Marketing. He put his music on the back burner to focus on his career.

In 2011, he released a second rendition of his 'UL Give Them Hell' song which bragged about the new coach. The same year the Cajuns won the New Orleans Bowl.

Sept. 12th 2012, he released his new UL song titled “Don’t Let It Go”.
