Ruling Says Indian Tribes Can Legalize Marijuana

In a ruling by the Department of Justice, Native American tribes in every state can decide whether they want to sell marijuana.

According to The Cannabist's website,  the Associated Press is reporting that the Department of Justice is allowing individual Indian tribes in each state to decide for themselves whether or not they legalize marijuana.

Only 3 tribes have expressed interest in growing and selling their own crops, and none are in Louisiana.  Yet.
