Since August is the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, I thought I'd share this interesting video on why New Orleans is worth saving. After Katrina, people asked why a city would ever be established below sea level, that floods nearly every year and where it's so hot and humid for much of the year. Former WDSU-TV hurricane expert Nash Roberts and filmmaker Walter Williams explain in this short movie called 'New Orleans - The Natural History.' Wherever you're from, this is information worth knowing. Skip 'CSI' or 'Days of Our Lives' and spend that time watching this. You'll be glad you did.
