Depending on who you talk to, some experts will tell you the best time to water outdoor plants is in the morning, others will tell you the best time is evening.  So which is it?

The amount of water to put on a plant is fairly easy.  Most plants come with instructions, most will even let you know just by watching them.  But what time of day do most plants like to get watered?
