Morgan City Man Crashes Into Home

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office is reporting that an 80-year-old man died in a car crash on Jupiter Street yesterday.

Sheriff's officials say that Richard Daigle was driving down the street when he lost control of his car for some reason.

Investigators say Daigle's car then hit a house on Ross Lane.

Officials say the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

This crash happened at around 1:20 p.m. yesterday.
