Miley Cyrus Plans Naked Concert With Flaming Lips!

When Miley Cyrus twerked at the 2013 MTV VMA's, she sent the world a loud, clear message. "I'm not Hannah Montana anymore!"  A lot of people were shocked. The legendary Paul McCartney didn't seem to think it was a big deal. Rolling Stone reports, Miley is planning to perform Naked in front of a naked audience with Flaming Lips. Footage from the show will reportedly be used in an upcoming video for Miley's single, "Milky, Milky, Milk." Miley and the Lips will embark on a club tour in November.
