"I know they're killing me, but I just can't quit!" How many times have you heard a smoker say something like that? A Texas man was reportedly so desperate for a smoke he posed as a government inspector to scam free cigarettes. Chad William Fisher, of Cypress, Texas was arrested on charges of impersonating a public servant and criminal trespass, according to an AP report. Fisher reportedly stopped at a convenience store in the San Antonio area, pretending to be looking for counterfeit cigarettes on November 1st. The clerk gave him several packs, and Fisher went outside & lit up. He's also accused of trying to steal beer.
