A passenger on a Southwest airlines flight was taken into custody after playing "Footsie" with the woman next to him. The Dallas News reports, 29 year old Justin Brafford boarded a Southwest airlines flight from Los Angeles to Dallas on Wednesday. He was seated next to a woman. Brafford reportedly kept touching her on the leg, and asking personal questions. He proceeded to play "footsie" with her. When the woman asked Brafford to stop, he uttered an expletive. She requested to be moved to another seat, and the flight crew obliged. Brafford followed her to the new seat. He reportedly became belligerent, yelling, and cursing at airline personnel.The flight diverted to Albuquerque, where federal authorities took Brafford into custody. He later admitted using methamphetamine and heroin. prior to the flight.
