Man Fathers 30 Children With 11 Women, Needs Help From The State [VIDEO]

A Tennessee man has fathered 30 children with 11 women and is now asking the state for assistance in child support.

Desmond Hatchett, 33, is in court this week pleading with the state of Tennessee to help him with his child support payments.  The state currently takes half of his pay for child support.  Hatchett only has a minimum wage job, which means some of the moms receive as little as $1.49 a month.  His oldest child is 14.

He has broken no laws, so there is nothing the state of Tennessee can do to make him stop having more kids.
