Man Accused Of Defacing 9/11 Memorial Arrested Again

Salvador Perez, Jr. was arrested last month for allegedly vandalizing the 9/11 memorial in downtown Lafayette.
Perez was charged with criminal damage to a historic building and criminal trespassing.

He was arrested again Friday morning on charges of theft. The Daily Advertiser reports a fugitive warrant was issued for Perez on August 20th. He's reportedly being held on a $500.00 bond.
