MacKenzie Bourg Covers Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” [Video]

One of the ‘surprises’ about MacKenzie Bourg (Lafayette native and recent contestant on NBC’s “The Voice”) is the fact that he is packing more voice than what it seems his frame allows for.

People who don’t know Mac might think that, because he was voted off of NBC’s “The Voice”,  his career is over.  But, for those of us who know him, we know that he has only just begun!

Mac is in LA right now (he says that he can’t tell me why he’s there yet, but I’m sure it’s for something BIG), but he took time to send me the link to his latest video:

In my opinion, a song that is timeless.  I am glad that Mac ‘took it on’, giving the world an opportunity to delve deeper into his talent pool….
