The LSU Tigers' football program is ranked among the ten richest in the nation.

LSU, who grossed $85.7 million from July 1, 2015-June 30, 2016, totaled the 10th-most in college football during that timespan, in research conducted by pennlive.com.

Texas grossed the most money, at $127.5 million, followed by Tennessee ($107.1), Alabama ($103.9), Notre Dame ($98.5), and Michigan ($98.1) to round out the top five.

At 6-10, it's Oklahoma ($94.1), Auburn ($92.5), Georgia ($87.6), Ohio St. ($86.6), and LSU.
