For those unfamiliar with the show, HBO's Last Week Tonight is basically HBO's version of The Daily Show, so even if you've never seen it, you probably already know whether you'll love it or hate it. However, regardless of how you feel about the show and its regular content, it's always interesting when Louisiana makes national media.

This week, host John Oliver's segment takes on everything (he feels is) wrong with America's criminal justice system by paying particular attention to how the system works in Louisiana.

From former New Orleans District Attorney, Harry Connick, Sr., to the Acting District Attorney of Caddo Parish, Dale Cox, and all the way down to Steve Streete's campaign ad from Calcasieu Parish, the segment delights in skewering Louisiana's criminal justice system.
