Louisiana Office Of Motor Vehicles To Stop Accepting Cash

As if it wasn't already inconvenient going to the OMV, now we can't pay with cash.

KATC reports that starting on Tuesday, the Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles will no longer accept cash for any transaction.

The only accepted forms of payment will be debit cards, credit cards, checks, money orders and cashier checks for driver's licenses, identification cards, mobility impaired hang-tag and vehicle transactions.
