Louisiana Man Faces Felony Charges For Trying To Return Runaway Dog

An East Feliciana man faces felony theft charges after trying to return a help a stray dog, which prompted the dog's owner to file those charges.According to the report by NBC33, Kyle Wayne Holmes found a dog wandering on his property (26 acres), and contacted neighbors about the dog (trying to find the owner).  After some confusion, the dog got out again, and can't be found.  The owner of the dog filed theft charges.
