A tropical storm warning has been posted from Pascagoula, Mississippi to Sabine Pass, Texas and forecasters predict that it will become Tropical Storm Lee soon. The Louisiana coast is preparing for a system that will, at least, bring heavy rain- a foot or more is expected in some places. Some Gulf of Mexico oil rigs have been evacuated. The good news is that the rain will help extinguish the marsh fire buring in New Orleans East.
